GDPR Notice

For business-customer account data, SG AI Labs LLC acts as the data controller. For Caller data (phone numbers, transcripts, bookings) generated when a Caller dials your phone line, SG AI Labs LLC acts as a data processor on your behalf, with you as the controller.

We process personal data on the following lawful bases:

• Contract — to provide the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the service, including spam-call detection and fraud prevention.
• Consent — where you or a Caller has explicitly opted in. This includes verbal consent captured on a live call before Milo sends a transactional SMS (payment link, scheduling link, etc.). A Caller can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message; withdrawal takes effect immediately and applies to every business using Wavelength AI.
• Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, or law-enforcement obligations.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to retention obligations).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Request data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@wavelength-us.com with the subject "GDPR request". We respond within thirty (30) days.

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, where our infrastructure and some sub-processors are located. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
