Terms of Service

Milo is an automated AI voice receptionist. It answers calls, has conversations with your Callers, and may execute actions on your behalf (such as booking appointments, taking orders, transferring calls, or sending SMS payment links).

• You must provide accurate signup and billing information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including any actions you authorize Milo to take on your behalf.
• You must monitor calls and review outcomes. Milo is a tool, not a replacement for human oversight of your business.
• You must comply with all laws applicable to your operation of the service, including consumer-protection, recording-disclosure, food-safety, and scheduling laws.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Impersonate another business or person.
• Conduct illegal telemarketing, harassment, or fraud.
• Knowingly violate Caller privacy or telephone-consumer-protection laws.
• Interfere with the service or attempt to bypass billing or usage limits.

Milo sends transactional SMS to Callers in the course of fulfilling phone orders and bookings (payment links via Square or Toast, scheduling links via Calendly, and similar). Your use of these SMS features is governed by both these Terms and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), CTIA messaging principles, and applicable state and federal rules.

You agree that:

• You will use Milo only to send transactional SMS related to a Caller's active engagement with your business (orders the Caller placed on the call, bookings the Caller requested, payment links for those transactions). You will not use Milo to send marketing, promotional, or recurring SMS.
• You will rely on Milo's built-in verbal consent capture. Miloasks each Caller for permission on the live call before texting and records the consent (call ID, phone, timestamp, transcript snippet). You will not configure or instruct Milo to bypass, simulate, or skip the consent step.
• You will not import, paste, or otherwise inject phone numbers into Miloto send SMS to people who did not call your line and grant consent on that call.
• You acknowledge that opt-outs are platform-wide: when a Caller replies STOP to a Milo message, that opt-out blocks future SMS from every business using Wavelength AI. You will not direct Milo or any other channel to message a Caller who has opted out unless you hold a separate, independent consent record from your own direct relationship with that Caller.
• You authorize SG AI Labs LLC to attribute your business's outbound SMS activity to our A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registrations with US carriers, and to provide your business name and use-case description to carriers as required for that registration.
• You remain responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction and your Callers' jurisdictions. Wavelength AI provides consent capture, opt-out handling, and audit logging as tools; using those tools does not guarantee compliance with every law that may apply to you.

We may suspend SMS features (or your account) immediately if we receive a carrier violation, a high opt-out rate, a regulator complaint, or evidence that you are using Milo to send non-transactional SMS.

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen plan. Per-conversation overage charges, where applicable, are billed in arrears. Failure to pay may result in the service being suspended.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SG AI Labs LLC, Wavelength AI, and their officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription from the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that puts the service or other customers at risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SG AI Labs LLC is registered, excluding its conflicts-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we will surface the new terms in the dashboard. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
